FYI...it's probably an early to mid 90s vintage ANALOG cell phone
transceiver.
Transmit frequency range in the 825 to 850 MHz range (Receive 45 MHz higher)
so it's probably not going to stretch to the 902 MHz band and was FM so PA
is probably Class C (6-7 Watt output capability, even though the standard
output rating for mobile cellular transceivers is 3 Watts).
If there's an FCC ID tag (probably starts with something like AMWUD0--),
some info. *might* be available at the FCC Equipment Authorization web
site by entering that, though this timeframe preceeds electronic submissions
so it will probably just contain records that it was Type Accepted (or
"Certificated" as the FCC now calls it).

Subject: [NLRS] Fw: Free transceiver -- looking for a home
Here is a forward from K0TO:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have a mobile phone amplifier (transceiver) that came with my car (used)
when I bought it. I have no idea what frequencies it covers but something
in the 800 MHz range I suppose. It is a small package (approximately 1"H x
6"W x 8"L) and operates on 13.6 volts. If that is of use to anyone they can
have it if they pick it up.
The label says:
Mobile telephone transceiver unit.
