[NLRS] NLRS Web page updates

I discovered that I had the wrong dates for the ARRL January VHF 
Sweepstakes on the NLRS calendar page, so that has been fixed.

I added dates and links for the 2006 ARRL VHF and up contests to the 
NLRS home page also.

Been too busy to change much of anything else on the web pages, but 
figured those updates needed to go out ASAP.

Look for future updates with more info on the SBMS 2.3 MHz and up 
contest, and the 2006 Central States VHF Conference.
