All are welcome to the CSVHFS06 Planning meeting at W9FZ's on Dec 13th.
Meeting runs from 7p to 9p.  Arrival as early as 6:30p is fine for
socializing.  Bevs and light snacks.

When the conference arrives, we will need help at the registration table,
runners, assistance on the antenna range, prize set-up for banquet, etc.
So pitching-in help will be needed and appreciated at the time.

We also need two volunteers for a bit more responsibility.  One to be our
Facility/Dealer Room Poobah.  The other to manage our Poster Sessions.
Trust me, neither is very taxing.  Email for more details.

any interested to attend.
