Hello All

Thanks to all that took the time and scheduled us into their busy runs.
Sorry for the limited attempt with the "Rover pack/s" (FZ and I Sunday
am for a few min)

Wally and I activated 8 subgrids on Saturday working 34 contacts
each, all but 4 were CW. Everyone at Sisseton did fine with the CW,
neither Wally or I wanted to loose a contact and thank those that were
uneasy with their CW, for taking the time and effort to work us.

Sunday I activated 7 subgrids (Wally was with me for the first location
only.) Finished the weekend with SSB contacts with everyone at
Sisseton from EN17qn, EN17qj and EN17qf.... Signals 5-7 SSB easy
....

Some FANTASTIC valley locations south of Crookston, MN off
Hiway 75 ... wow... Mark GPS drive for the "Goto to say" 11 miles
work a bunch,Mark and repeat. Wheat fields were great to shoot over
this time of the year. (I used 11 miles to ease "fine tuning of
locations).

  Best DX N0KP, N0UK, K0SHF, WB0VHF, KC0IYT, KD0JI via 5-2-9
CW ..... EN18hg - EN15kp 292km on Saturday, SUPER!

  I (Bill K0AWU) had 69 contacts in my initial (non-rover :>)) ) 10Ghz
weekend. Drove 622 miles too, the old pickup did fine. 2m SSB liaison
worked GREAT to Sisseton, Devils Lake and good to poor for
Winnipeg. Thanks to Dennis NT0V for the relays to Barry. Thanks
Dave N0KP for your help and encouragement. Thank You All .... lots
of fun! Wally had a BLAST too !!!

Sorry I "needed" to quit at 2:06pm Sunday .... I have trouble staying
awake while driving alone and wanted to get home before it was too
late. Hard to drive away from all those great signals.

A full report later in the week I would guess ........

Bill K0AWU (and Wally W0PHD)
