[NLRS] Possible west to ND option

  John ZQ emailed offering feedback and encouragement (both 
needed). Our possible operations west would most likely be limited to 
I29 north, unless a specific change were made for Dennis to pick up a 
grid. The general route W9FZ/R had last year until about noon. They 
had good Q's with Sisseton.

  I am concerned about "availability" of Sisseton given multiple rover 
packs east and us being north... Also if conditions are down ... We 
may have to  rove north for the guys up north. Wally and I will have to 
see ...  

  Originally Wally and I falsely assumed other N-S  rover operations. 
We did not expect to be "Lone Rovers".  "Hi Ho 10Ghz and Away"
