[NLRS] Equipment wanted/for trade

Hello all,

A friend of mine - Paul, WG0G - has a pair of mint Icom multi-modes, a 271 
and a 471. He would like to combine his operation into a single dual-band 
multi-mode, staying with Icom equipment, preferably an 820 or 821.

He is looking at a purchase or a trade, depending on the offer. Please
