Hi NLRSers -

Well, I'm back. I'm not yet certain whether that is either good or bad 
but it is so. The weather in EL16da sure was a lot warmer!

I'll be calling for check-ins on 1296.1 Mhz Sunday night at 1945 local 
time. I hope that all you 10 GHz types won't be too tired to try out 
your more or less DC band equipment. With any luck at all, we should see 
some tropo propagation soon and wouldn't it be nice to know that the 
equipment is still working?

I spent a half hour or so this afternoon checking the frequency 
calibration of my converters. They had been turned on for about 24 hours 
following 3 months of power off. There was no pattern. Some were pretty 
good and some were awful. I hope to correct the latter tomorrow.
