[NLRS] ARRL Sept VHF Contest - W0AMT not Rover

As it is looking right now on Monday night I will not be rovering for the 
September contest.  I have not put any thing together on the truck and will not 
be able to till Thursday or Friday.  I have to work Sunday so no long driving 
trips and John is busy the whole weekend.  Put all these things together and I 
am going to plan to stay home for the contest.

We will be back for January.
