[NLRS] Sept Contest and 2nd Half 10 Ghz Contest

Hi all, here is my plan.

It appears that after checking with the better half, I will not be available
for the 10 ghz 2nd weekend as I will be out of town at a wedding /
reception.  Sorry about that, perhaps next year.  I did try my best to get
out of it, but no cigar....:)

To get my operating fix for the month, I will hit the Sept contest pretty
hard.  So, you rovers out there, lets see some plans!  Hope to work you all.
