[NLRS] Last 100' of BPL?

I attended the IEEE meeting in Rochester a week and one half ago.
Yes the signal is sent down the 240 volt line directly to
the house so that every outlet is live.

I think that would mean that anybody in the service area of the BPL will also
have the noise piped into their house.
