PS on Ka Satellite Internet offerings - the speed is not limited to 1.5 
Mbit/s.  That is entry level.  For higher rates (but still quite reasonable) 
one should be able to go as high as 3.0 Mbit/s download , with 1.0 Mbit/s 
upload.
