[NLRS] How to get service from SSB on DB6NT transverters?

I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to get SSB Electronic USA to respond 
to servicing my 10 GHz DB6NT transverter that was zapped in August (maybe 
Steve (Mr. DEMI) has spoiled me with his one week turn around).

I've had 4 delivery dates promised but still nothing has happened.
Any advice would be appreciated.
