[NLRS] States Above 2004/2005 - October Results

Hello NLRS land.   As promised, here is the updated tally sheet for those
NLRSers who are playing in this CSVHF sponsored event.   Welcome to Matt,
KF0Q, who has posted his tally from both his home QTH as well as his
portable contest site.    Don't forget that the updated rules covers rovers
as well.   As the land of the rovers and home of rovermania, perhaps we
should see some rover scores posted .... hmmmm.

After last nights big big AU event, I hope to see these scores jump a bit,
and to add some new players too !    We will catch up on new scores at the
end of this month so please hold off sending me any updates until then.
Also, if you missed out last night, watch again tonight for a possible
repeat performance from Ma Nature.   (Me personally, I was sleeping having
just completed working in Sweepstakes CW contest ..... yes, I missed out on
the big one)

The States Above operating event is sponsored by the CSVHF Society.   This
year long operating event is intended to promote activity on the bands
above 50 MHz.    The event runs from July 1 2004 until June 30, 2005.
