[NLRS] RainScatter! version 0.11b

For you java experts out there, this is the error dialogue that I get 
back:-

/usr/java/j2re1.4.2_02/bin/java /tmp/RainScatter.jar 
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: 
/tmp/RainScatter/jar

I get the same error on all three systems that I have tried.
