Very good chance for T-storms to develop in the eastern Dakotas during the
mid to late afternoon. The NWS forecast calls for individual cells to
merge into a line as the cold front moves east. Moderate risk is just SW
of the Twin Cities while the slight risk area includes a huge area that
includes the eastern Dakotas, all of MN, Iowa, Ill. Ind., and Wisc.
Good opportunity for 10 GHz rain scatter today.
PS: Good local enhancement on 2m this AM. While mobile in downtown St.
Paul (50w to halo) worked W0VB with good SSB signals. The EN52 & 53
beacons were S5 while mobile.
