[NLRS] Unusual Reflector Activity...

Hi Gang,
Last weekend QTH.Net installed a newer version of Mailman which handles the
NLRS Reflector traffic.  As is fairly common with software upgrades, this
one will require some "tweeking" before things settle down.  Some of you may
have received "suspicious header" notifications after mailing a note to the
reflector.  "KFC noticed HTML on a note sent by 'ZQ.  Hopefully this will
all be resolved shortly so have a little patience.
