[NLRS] One last time, posting for battery booster

The reflector has been a bit flaky lately.   Here is yet another repost of
the link for the information on the battery booster that I use on my 10 GHz
setup.   Its good for 23 amps and touts to be in the 90 to 95% efficiency
range.    Mines been quietly reliable for a good year now although it
typically doesn't see anything close to 23 amps !
