It may sound rather obvious, but when looking for real time rain scatter
paths my experience to date has been that if two "local" NWS weather radar
systems can see the same rain cell, there is a good chance to work that
path. For instance you could look at the Twin Cities radar, see a storm
cell towards St. Cloud, then go to the Fargo radar, and if it shows up
there then there is a good chance for a path that way. All the NWS
