[NLRS] January 2004 VHF SS Club Competition

Wow, if this holds up during log checking its a significant accomplishment 
for the NLRS.   Yea, I know that not everyone is into contesting and that's just 
fine as NLRS is more than a VHF contesting club, but contesting IS a common 
metric that is consistent from right coast to left coast and we are (possibly) 
only one of two clubs to make that category.    If it holds it is a 
significant milestone.
