[NLRS] Tropo Reference Material

I sent the two Tropo manuals to Donn WA2VOI today.  Would like them back =
sometime but its easier for everyone if they are in the Twin Cities.

Just got an additional 300 + feet of  elliptical waveguide for 5.6-6.2 =
GHz.  Also have WR-137 connectors.  The wg is Cable Wave WE-61 with loss =
of 1.25 dB per 100 feet at 5.8 GHz.
