[NLRS] Rover mania - 8 weekends to go

Hi All -

I was just working on this today.  I will be putting together "maps" that 
will show all the rovers that will be in each grid.  The secret to having a 
successful event will be to have a lot of people out on the roads but also we need 
to cover a lot of grids.  I will publish a list of early plans soon to show 
where the holes are.

Let's get those plans out there.
