[NLRS] CW Operation question

You need to look at your particular radio manual.  In my Yaesu FT-847,
switching to CW from USB offsets the transmitter carrier 700 Hz up.  The
display indicates the shift.  Thus if you are receiving a USB transmission
and switch to CW the other station will hear you without retuning.  This
allows split mode USB/CW with no retuning.

Each radio seems to work differently.  Check yours.    John O.  K0JO
