Not to put a damper on this, but 222.500 is allocated to repeater input 
frequencies.  The Burnsville repeater, for example, is at 224.540 MHz 
output, and 222.940 MHz input.  You meant 223.500 MHz, the FM calling 
frequency.  Must have been a typo, I know you know where the FM watering 
hole is, I've heard you there before!
