[NLRS] EN44 needed 222,432,1296

Dave, KB0PE down in EM48ts is looking for contacts on 222,432 and 1296 with
stations in EN44.  If you are in EN44 you may want to listen/call tonite
starting at 0100Z for Dave.  He will be pointed north and calling cq on
222.110/.100 ssb at 0100, 0130, 0200, 0230 and 0300Z.  QSY to 432.110 and
1296.100 if the bands will support it.  I will be doing some pre-testing of the
rover setup for next week and plan on parking in EN44da for a while tonite
myself.  Should be a good test for UHF contest next week!
