[NLRS] Rovermania and FM

I am looking for some help from those of you who may have an "inside" with
the various FM clubs in the Twin Cites.    Is it possible that we can work
with them to coordinate a time to show up on 223.5 and 446 FM ?    For
example, what if we were to designate say 9:00 PM Sat. night and 9:00 AM
Sunday morning as activity times for 223.5 and 446.0 FM ?   I know this
won't help the guys outside of the Twin Cities, but it will help those
located close to the Cities and it may be a way to tie into our sister FM
clubs.    Anyone want to step forward and see if they can generate some
activity out our local FM clubs ..... heck, some of them may have 1296 FM
too.
