Congratulations Wally!
Keep looking at the wx maps and we can make it to the cities.

Subject: [NLRS] W0PHD First 10 GHz QSO
Good Morning All,
Wally W0PHD in Warren MN EN18oe worked VE4MA on 10 GHz CW/SSB at 3:15 UTC
last night, for his first 10 GHz QSO . Signals were way up on 1296 tropo and
we thought we would try 10. As it turns out we had some weak thunderstorms
pop up between us along with alot of rain. Signals were heavily multipathed
but decent SSB. We tried FM earlier and Wally had good copy on me but he was
just too weak at the time. The roar was evident on FM also.
Wally is using the 2W DEMI transverter and an 18 inch dish.
Jon K0FQA will be visiting Wally this morning and I expect to try to work
them both from various locations in the afternoon/ evening.
Congratulations Wally!
Barry VE4MA
