[NLRS] CSVHF States Above, NLRS 2003/04 - Final

Hello NLRS land.

Thanks to all who have forwarded to me their updated States Above scores.
I've added them to the current standings box attached below.   Sixteen
different NLRS op's have combined to work 1,089 band "states", a definite
acknowledgement of activity.    While no one claimed a laser "state" this
year, we saw 13 "states" on 10 gigs from 6 different op's, a sign of the
increased activity on that band.    6m's, with its E-skip and high
popularity not surprisingly carried the day with 616 "states".     Of note
is K0AWUs accomplishment of 130 "states" from the frozen tundra of northern
Minnesota .... those 41 "states" on 2m and 16 on 222 look very impressive
Bill (not to mention TWO "states" on 10 gigs (mosquito scatter ?)).

With all the activity coming up I will skip the month of July for
requesting scores for the new 2004/05 season that has just started.   Look
for a request in August.   If you haven't yet, go to the CSVHF website and
print out the band-forms and fill them out as you work the exciting E and
tropo propagation that is headed our way in the next several months.   Late
July, August, and September is tropo season here in the northland.

The States Above operating event is sponsored by the CSVHF Society for the
purpose of promoting activity on the bands above 50 MHz.  The operating
event runs from 0001 July 1 to 2359 UTC June 20.   QSL cards are not
