[NLRS] CSVHF & re-entry to US

Talked to a guy at work just back from vacation (Glacier Nat'l Park).  They went over to Waterton Glacier (Alberta ? BC ? -- anyway, across the border) with no trouble.  Comming back was a different story.

First thing out of the US border guy's mouth was, "Passports."  They didn't have any.  They did have birth certificates plus MN driver's licenses.  30 minutes later, the birth certificates and driver's licenses were accepted, but not until a long lecture on security, etc.

This may have been just a self-important SOB at the border, etc., but I'm taking my passport to Toronto.
