[NLRS] K0MHC/R plans for August

Rich, thanks to you for taking the time to help coordinate this activity.
I'll try to cover some of the open NW grids in addition to a drive South
along the Western border of NLRS land.

Start in EN17 & 27
Drive to EN16 & 26
Drive to EN15 & 25
Drive to EN14 & 24
Drive to EN13, 23, 12 & 22
Then possibility driving to either EN11 & 21 or EN 32 &33 depending on the
time available (tbd). Don't count on this yet.

I have to scout out some of the SW grid corners before I can finalize my
schedule. It would be helpful to have a listing of some of the better
stopping locations that other rovers may know of so as to minimize the time
hunting for them during the August contest.
