[NLRS] Jan VHF Rover Plan - W0AMT/R

Here is the proposed rover plan for the W0AMT/R team for Jan 04.  All grid
stops are scheduled for 60 minutes. We will be able to operate all bands
while mobile but the antennas will be pointed the same direction as the
truck is moving.

Our 2m meter run freq will our normal 144.240 with the voice keyer running
pretty hard. We probably will NOT visit the calling freq (.200) hardly at
all so you will need to spin the VFO.

We will have 6m through 2304 with decent power on all bands. Feel free to
try work us on CW if needed as we will be prepared (as much as possible) for
CW operation.
