[NLRS] contest plans

Hello everyone!  It is great to hear of the calls that
will be around for the contest.  I want to thank
everyone that has helped in getting me up and running
on VHF and up.  I have to admit that it was pretty
intimidating getting on 1296 and up.  There will
always be another contest, but maybe not another
chance to help someone get on.

I will be on 6 thru 10 ghz with laser if someone wants
to try.  Any rovers want to use a kit?  If you would
like a sked please let me know before the contest and
I will look for you.

Just for info I am using XMlog for everyday logging. 
(The price is right, it's free!)  I use writelog for
contest logging.
