[NLRS] New to NLRS -- looking to test rigs

Hi Todd.  You can also check out the W0ZQ/B on 222.061 in EN34iu.  It runs 
about 50 watts to a stack of omni loops.  I think you should be able to hear it 
although perhaps not all the time.
