Barry, I think we could sell tickets if you are going to discuss BPL at
Aurora'04. You are well positioned to help us understand the pro's & con's of
both the technology as well as the business/regulatory side. Certainly some of
the "early" BPL technology has proven to have problems and I think that is the
technology that most of us have heard about.
Please be assured that no one in the NLRS will be throwing fruit at you or
anyone else ..... from the NLRS bylaw preamble - "It shall be our purpose to
further the exchange of information and cooperation between members, to promote
radio knowledge, fraternalism, and individual operating efficiency, and to so
conduct club programs and activities as to advance the general interest and
welfare of Amateur Radio in the Community." If we are inside the bounds of
our preamble, no fruit (nor veggie) throwing allowed.
