[NLRS] vhf contest/digital modes

Hi Russ,

There are digital only sprints sponsored by several clubs including the recently
completed " WSJT Six Meter Mileage Marathon ", which was sponsored by the Six
Meter World Wide DX Club.  This was a Six meter only contest.

Last December was the " North American High Speed Meteor Scatter Contest " which
was sponsored by the WSJTGroup.  This contest was all bands but of course that
is mostly 6 and 2 with some 222 and 432 activity during the big meteor showers.

None of these contests include PSK31 as a mode, but the Six Meter Mileage
Marathon included JT44 + JT65 which are extreme weak signal modes
