[NLRS] vhf contest/digital modes

Hello all, here are my comments in regards to digital.
I have tried various posts to set skeds with border
states for psk31 on 2meters with not much success. I
agree we need to encourage experimentation with all
modes and a sprint/contest would do it. What about a
digital mode only sprint? Rusty
