[NLRS] 6 Meter Noise

I also have a noise issue in Owatonna. When I point to the north I get a buzz that sounds like 60 Hz ac humm. It is all up and down the band. I did find a particular freq.  55.241 AM that is terrible 40 over. If I attenuate it goes to 20 over. On ssb it is a S9. CW is a 40 over. 

You can tune out of the 40 over by going to 55.243 or 55.239. On FM or WFM it is 60 over even with attenuator on.

I can here Ch 2 ? on 51.200 WFM but this is not the same buzz I here everywhere else.

I would like to get this resolved before Jan. contest.
