Hello Gang:

Just a reminder for those who can make it about the CSVHFS '06 planning
meeting at FZ's house tonight at 7:00pm. We'll be done by 9pm. I
intend to keep the meeting moving right along--complete with time-keeper
etc.

Mostly I see the meeting as brainstorming about vision and fleshing out
committees.

Matt, KF0Q is coming to town for work and intends to stay for the
meeting. He is looking for folks to have dinner with. Not sure I'll be
able to reach him, but there was no responce to my dinner ideas so I'm
settling on Nokomis Beach Coffee House. It's at 4956 28TH Ave S,
Minneapolis, Phone: (612) 729-2190 . It's at the intersection with 50th
St. It's north of the airport. Dinner is at 1730 or slightly before. I
will depart in time to be back at my place to provide talk-in on 146.46
for the planning meeting. Driving instructions are repasted below.

Hope to see some of you there. Even if you can't make this one, if
interested, we'll put you on a CSVHFS06 reflector (about to be set-up)
and you'll be in on the conference planning chatter for the next 19
months :-)

Driving Directions:
>From the Mendota Bridge (55/110), go east on 110 about 1.5
miles to the
2nd Light which is Lexington Ave. Turn right (south) and go about 1
mile. On your left (east) you will see 3 dark brown brick apartment
buildings. Between the northerly two buildings you'll see a smaller
brown brick building--that is the complex "common area"
building. Our
meeting is in there. If you get to the water tower, you've gone too
far.

Alternatively, if you come from 494, get off at Pilot Knob Rd and go
north to the first stop sign (not light--sign) and turn
right (east) on
Mendota Hts Rd. The first traffic light is at 55. Go
through/past 55 on
Mendota Hts Rd to the first stop sign. It's a T intersection only
allowing left (north) or straightahead (east). Turn Left
(north) on to
Lexington Ave. Go about .4 mile to the three brown brick apartment
buildings on your right (east). The easiest way is to
enter the lot for the middle building and park at the north end.
