[NLRS] A history of UHF & 10gig logs received

Based on the recent posting by the League, there appears to be 136 logs
received for the 2004 10GHz & Up contest.   In scanning the list, I think I
spotted 22 of these, or 16% of all 10gig logs, as NLRS logs (the 10gig
contest is not a club competition event so they don't list club
affiliation).

Just for fun (??), because of the recent discussion about how the 10gig
contest has been growing and the UHF contest declining, I did a check of
logs received for both contests as far back as those listed in the Results
section on the Leagues website.

>From 1997 (the start of the data that I have here) to 2003, the 10 GHz
contest has indeed shown consistent growth.   2004 is the first year of a
slight decline.   Over the same time period, the UHF contest has steadily
declined with only the most recent year, 2004, shown some ability to pull
out of the dive.    In 2003 there were the same number of logs received for
the UHF contest as there were for the 10gigs contest.
