Anoka has its own public utility and is NOT Xcel energy. Alot of folks 
do not realize that Xcel isnt the only power provider in the Twin 
Cities area.

But I do agree with you, if you live in Anoka, you should check this 
out.

City Of Chaska has added wireless broadband to the entire city 
recently. A much better idea than BPL
