[NLRS] September NLRS Challenge

Rich hit the nail on the head! Ever since I started contesting I have
felt the same way. I know there is enough potential activity in our
area to keep up with the "eastcoasters". Come on guys, lets rock the
Midwest this September and finally break that million point barrier!
I'll once again operate SOLP from the W0UC QTH. I'm expecting a large
score and all of it will be going to the NLRS. The NLRS can do it!
