[NLRS] Test Report

I had a good time in the UHF Contest. I really don't remember when I
last operated in this contest so I can't compare my experience this year
with anything past. Special thanks are due to N0HJZ/R and W0ZQ/R for a
pile of grids. I also had a few Qs with K0SM/R, KF0Q/R, W0AMT/R and
WB0LJC/R. Hope I didn't miss miss mentioning anyone. Thanks to all.
