[NLRS] Rover's & Fixed stations

It occurs to me that some of the Rovers have FB fixed stations as well.  Of course, making the rover's rove takes some doing and no doubt render's their home QTH a mess while in the process.  But it also occurs to me that several of the folks 'roving' could also make their home QTH available to people not so well equipped--adding yet another layer of stations 'on-the-air.'  I.e. their home QTH!

Just a thought...
