[NLRS] RoverMania in the UHF Contest this Weekend

I put more updates on the NLRS web site late Friday night, with some 
additional rover information just received earlier on Friday.

There is a (small) chance I can post one more update before the opening 
gun (1800 UTC) if more data arrive, but *I* have a lot more contest 
preparation of my own left undone at this late hour than I would prefer. 
  So, time will tell.

P.S., in spite of the emphasis on rovers in the contest, believe me when 
I say that the fixed stations are very important also, and are greatly 
appreciated by the rovers, not only the other way around!  We expect to 
have some "big guns" out there, along with the "little pistols".
