[NLRS] Eagan 10G site

For the past several months, Dale (W0IR) has operated 10GHZ from the base of a
water tower in Eagan.  Last month, I checked out the location and was amazed!
Except for two obstructions (a tree and a water tank) there are clear views
every direction except to the south-east.

Dale contacted the city of Eagan and they had no ojbections to people being
there.

I've operated from this site twice now: once for some local rain scatter and
for last Friday's net.

Dale gave me these coordinates:

	44 48.551	93 11.113

The grid is EN34jt.  I believe the altitude is about 1000'.

Directions:

>From I35E Southbound:

Exit I35E on Pilot Knob Road and turn right (south) [this is about 2 miles
south of I494].  Follow Pilot Knob south to Deerwood Drive [street light], and
turn right (West) on to Deerwood.  

Going weston Deerwood, you will pass a school then approach an overpass over
I35E.  Turn left (south) on Skywood, the street just before I35E.  Continue
south to the cul-de-sac.  The path to the water tower is right next to the
last east-facing house.

>From I35E Northbound:
	
Exit on Diffley road and turn right (east).  Go one block east to Johnny Cake
Ridge Road and turn Left (north).  At Deerwood Drive, turn left (west) and go
one block to Skywood.

>From Highway 13 Southbound (for example, if coming from the Mendota sites):

Turn left (east) from Highway 13 at Silver Bell road.  Follow Silver Bell
until it ends in a "T" at Blackhawk Road and turn right (south).  Follow
Blackhawk Road to Deerwood Drive and turn left (east).  Cross over I35E and
turn right (south) on Skywood.

>From Highway 13 Northbound (Burnsville):

Turn right from Highway 13 to Diffley Road and follow it to I35E.  See
directions from I35E Northbound.


Bring headphones -- the traffic noise can be pretty loud during rush hour.
