[NLRS] Resend : BPL

I sent this several days ago but did not see it come thru the reflector ... 
if its a dupe for you please ignore and I apologize for the bandwidth.

I picked this up off the MWA reflector.   Check out the BPL interference that 
was experienced by a group from the Rochester (NY) VHF group who were running 
in the recent WPX SSB HF contest (its the download located in the lower right 
side titled "Penn Yan, NY Interference" ... there is a high and a low 
resolution version).
