[NLRS] Club Table Wrap-up

I was at one time working on this. I had a design worked up for
mid-winter madness however, due to a hard drive crash on my file
server; I lost a bunch of files.
I've recovered most of my files however the design I did for NLRS
wasn't among the ones recovered. After this weekend I recreated the
design and I'll bring several copies to the next breakfast.
