I looked at a number of the S/SE Northfield sites
using Radio Mobile. Possible north ends we should
try are Flying Cloud (because it's short), off of the Mpls
buildings, Monti, Loretto (it's on the same bearing
as Monti) and Elk River (which should be ok since
the bearings are all to the west of Mpls, in the 160+
degrees range).
Monti, Elk River and Loretto all have SNR's between
3 and 7 dB, so signals may not be the greatest.
These SNR's are comparable with the paths from
Monti to Vasa and Cannon Falls.
There are a number of sites that should have direct
view of the Mpls buildings. Lets hope for clear weather.
I will be on 146.46 at 9AM.
