[NLRS] States Above October Results

The big AU event over last week caused a jump in scores.   It was fun
hearing activity on 50, 144, and 222.   Attached is the latest update to
the NLRS members States Above standings.   Welcome to Dave, N9TTX, who is
new on the board this month.

Remember that working just 30 States/Provinces on 50 MHz and up gets you
some nice wall paper from the CSVHF Society !

The States Above operating activity is sponsored by the CSVHF society for
the purpose of promoting activity on the bands above 50 MHz.   The
operating event runs for 0001 UTC July 1 2003 to 2359 UTC June 30, 2004.
