[NLRS] November/December on 6 meters

That was a pretty good time for me, too. As I recall, I went into it
with 16 "entities" on 6m. And my only real ambition was to get an
African station to finish my WAC. That was before most EU countries got
6m privileges. Starting on 10/23/89, I was going to be working 2nd shift
for a while and conditions were looking pretty good so I figured it
would be a good time to watch 6m. The first thing I heard on 6m that
morning was ZS3E, S9 on SSB, and followed by 2 other ZS3s for backup. I
raised my sights a little. Between then and Jan '92 I think I tripled my
"entity" count.
