[NLRS] 2002-2003 CSVHF States Above - May Request

The end of May is fast approaching.   With the recent upswing in E
propagation on 6m and 2m, those state counts are sure to have surged.
For NLRS members, send me your updated States Above totals by Friday, May
30th AM and I'll post the new totals Friday PM.

The objective of this CSVHF Society sponsored event is to promote activity
in the world above 50 MHz.  Work 30 or more states plus provinces, submit
your score to Bruce at the conclusion of the event (just before Central
States), and receive a nice looking certificate.   Full rules & forms for
